The heavens declare the full glory of God,
But street lights and floodlights eclipse it with ours.

The Spirit will blow wherever he will,
Meteorologists predicting direction and force.

The dew and the rain which in blessing pour down
Will not catch us out if we stay within town.

We think we have rased every mark from His earth,
but we head for the grave from the day of our birth.
